Objectives: The MSc electronic engineer conceives, designs and creates systems and hardware (HW) that are crucial to any information generating, processing or transferring technology (ICT): from components and integrated circuits (ASICs, processors, controllers, PLD , FPGA, SIP, SoC...) to printed circuit boards, from sensors and MEMs to micro and nano electronic systems. The electronic engineer will be able to work as a designer and team leader, as a testing and production engineer in industry. As well as potentially taking up applied research in Italian and foreign R&D centres, the electronic engineer can also be employed as a technical- commercial hybrid professional figure.
