Course Details

Objectives: In the Communication and Information Technology (CIT) master's program students get to know the basic concepts, processes and technologies of information and communication systems. The main subjects of the fields of communications engineering, high frequency technology and digital technology and networks can be completed individually from a wide range of elective courses such as digital signal processing, microelectronics and robotics. In seminars and project work on various current application areas of communication technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT), mobile radio communication systems (4G, 5G) or space systems, scientific method and Specialized skills, especially in the design of communication systems, are developed and independent, goal-oriented work is learned. In these projects, students can work with (inter) national industry companies and renowned research centers. This allows the methodological skills acquired to be implemented in the practical work environment. The CIT master is taught in English, exams are offered in German and English.

Admission requirements: For inclusion in a master's degree is the completion of studies at the Bachelor's level requirement.
