Course Details

Objectives: The teaching of Medical Skills is provided by the two Faculties of Medicine Purpan and Rangueil or in association with other Universities, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Decree of April 29, 1988 as amended.

The constraints of rigor and technicality of the medical visits oblige the training Universities to offer a teaching of Aeronautical and Space Medicine of high level.
The courses are given by experts in each of the fields in order to guarantee the quality of teaching, in particular by doctors from Centers of Medical Expertise for Flight Personnel for aeronautical expertise.
This course also includes a space medicine and physiology module in collaboration with MEDES (Institute of Space Medicine and Physiology) located in Toulouse.
Toulouse's skills in these areas, both in terms of medical practice and research, meet the objectives of excellence that this teaching requires.

Admission requirements: Bac+9 Doctor of Medicine.

Acquired skills during the training : Possession of the National Diploma of Capacities in Medicine may confer on its holder the right to exercise a skill.
