Course Details

Objectives: Cognitive sciences bring together a set of scientific disciplines dedicated to the study, understanding and modeling via computer tools of the mechanisms of human (psychology, philosophy, neuroscience), animal or artificial (artificial intelligence, robotics) thought. and more generally of any cognitive system, that is to say any complex system of processing information capable of acquiring, retaining, using and transmitting knowledge.
Strongly focused on innovative technologies, the Master in Cognitive Sciences leads to the analysis of human/virtual environment interaction (serious game, virtual reality), to the design new devices better adapted to users (ergonomics, learning situations, disabilities, etc.).
The Master in Cognitive Sciences responds to the strong demand for interdisciplinarity in contemporary society and the world of work.
A thesis continuation in different disciplines is also possible

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Targeted careers : Once your Master 2 in Cognitive Sciences has been validated, you will quickly join the industrial world, in small structures with a strong technological component, or in the research and development centers of large companies in many sectors of activity: IT, robotics, security, teaching , remediation, health, transport-logistics, banking, automobile.
Finally, you can also continue your thesis studies (Doctorate – BAC+8) at the University of Lorraine or in another university, in France or abroad.
