Course Details
Objectives: The holder of a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Production Management, with a project manager program in industrial boilermaking, is capable of successfully leading a boilermaking assemblies construction project.
They are involved in all phases of a construction project: preparing quotes in response to calls for tenders, monitoring orders, supplying sites with raw materials, managing site personnel, and coordinating various trades.
They act as the interface between company personnel, various stakeholders, suppliers, and the client. They manage a project in compliance with the client's specifications and deadlines, and manage any unforeseen events on the job.
