Objectives: Upon completion of the training, the future holder of the Advanced Maintenance Bachelor's degree will be able to:
- Measure and analyze the technical parameters and/or performance indicators of the equipment on a production line or unit with a view to ensuring operational safety (security, availability, reliability, maintainability)
- Assess the risks and impacts associated with equipment malfunctions on a production line or unit (quality, safety, productivity, environment)
- Diagnose the cause(s) of malfunctions or malfunctions in the equipment on a production line or unit
- Define technical methods or solutions for improving maintenance in the following areas: safety, availability, reliability, maintainability
- Coordinate actions to maintain operational conditions or improve the equipment on a production line or unit in conjunction with the maintenance function
- Ensure the economic monitoring of the maintenance activity of the equipment on a production line or unit of a production island
- Lead a working meeting or follow-up on the maintenance activity of equipment on a production line or unit.
- Ensure traceability and ensure reporting of maintenance activity on equipment on a production line or unit to management.
