Objectives:
Propose organizational improvements for the maintenance department.
Master the technical skills and various continuous improvement tools related to the role in order to make appropriate decisions.
Ensure the overall management of worksites and subcontractors.
Define, implement, monitor, and analyze performance indicators.
Manage projects (design of installations and/or improvement of existing installations) and teams, integrating aspects of safety, productivity, and reliability.
