Objectives: In today's globalized production and market economy, companies must adapt. Consequently, they seek technically skilled field staff who are also proactive in driving continuous improvement.
The Professional Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Professions: Industrial Production Management opens doors to a wide range of industrial sectors. Educational and Professional Objectives

To understand and apply the different manufacturing processes and production systems.

Organize and lead a working group to improve workstation ergonomics while addressing musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).
Understand and implement methods and tools for layout, management, and workflow optimization (scheduling, time studies, value stream mapping, etc.). Understand and implement Lean tools (5S, SMED, Kanban, etc.).
Manage projects effectively by considering resource, time, and cost factors. Communicate effectively in a project-based environment.
Integrate quality and safety considerations into all processes.
