Course Details

Objectives: The Lean Management Master's program provides advanced knowledge in the operational aspects of Lean. Drawing on project management, operations management, and ERP approaches, this Master's program offers insights and skills to address major operational and strategic challenges facing businesses. Graduates will thus master the measurement and improvement of organizational performance, particularly through the instruments, tools, and systems of Lean Management.

Conduct performance audits of processes and propose levers or actions for improvement.
Analyze the company's technical and economic performance indicators.
