Objectives: The Lean Management Master's program provides advanced knowledge in the operational aspects of Lean. Leveraging project management, operations management, and ERP principles, this Master's program offers insights and skills to address major operational and strategic challenges facing businesses. Graduates will master the measurement and improvement of organizational performance, particularly through the use of Lean Management tools, instruments, and systems.
