Formation Ingénieur Défense & Sécurité – codélivré avec ENSTA

Course Details

Objectives: Training highly skilled, multidisciplinary engineers, both civilian and military, for key areas of national sovereignty: cyber, AI, naval, land, aeronautical, and space.

Key takeaways
• A demanding, multidisciplinary program offering a systems-oriented approach.
• The program and all degrees are jointly awarded by ENSTA and ISAE-SUPAERO, two renowned engineering schools, across their three campuses (Paris-Saclay, Brest, and Toulouse).
• All students are together in Brest for the first year of the program; the choice of campus is then made according to the chosen specialization.
• Three specialization options are offered, covering a wide range of application areas: cyber & AI, naval & land, and aeronautical & space.
• Two statuses and different career paths are available: military engineering student (IETA - Armament Studies and Techniques Engineer) or civilian student. • A dual career opportunity: in defense (Ministry of the Armed Forces and industry) or in the civilian industrial sectors of the major technical fields offered.
• Access to the extensive alumni network of both schools (over 45,000 engineers).
• A stimulating living and learning environment across three campuses.
• The option for civilian students to complete their third year through a work-study program under an apprenticeship contract.
