Course Details

Objectives: This training responds to the needs of legal competence in transport law, sparked by the continuous evolution of transport activity (legislation, jurisprudence, liberalisation, internationalization, concentration, social movements).

Intended for: Students

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Prerequisites: Master 1

Admission requirements: Selective access: Students holding an M1 business law mention, an M1 mention public law or a diploma deemed equivalent or under international mobility.
This diploma is also open to those who have benefited either from a partial validation of the experience, or from a validation of the graduate studies completed in France or abroad, or from a validation of the studies, from the Professional or personal experiments in the field.
In all cases, admission to Master 2 is carried out in the light of the entire academic and/or professional record of the candidate as well as a letter of motivation. Admission may be contingent upon the acquisition of certain prerequisites.

Duration and terms: 1 or 2 years-the teachings take place from October to March.
