Mastère Spécialisé® Manager de Portefeuille de Projets - Option Transition Numérique

Course Details

Objectives: The student in the Specialized Master's® in Project Portfolio Management is the conductor of the company's project management. They must be capable of managing large-scale projects and coordinating multiple projects. They support the company in its organizational shift towards "project process management" by integrating the company's strategy into the project portfolio management. They must possess strong methodological skills, making them an expert in project management, complemented by knowledge of the industry in which they work. They are the conductor and the interface between all stakeholders involved in the projects, primarily with the client. In this context, they may be required to develop a specific hybrid project model for the company, combining agile methodologies and a process-oriented approach.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : By exploring the links between the knowledge acquired during training and its practical application during the project, the student develops a critical perspective that allows them to quickly acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to manage complex projects. Prepared for Agile Project Management or PRINCE2 certification and with an understanding of the strategic, economic, and human dimensions of managing businesses and projects, the Master's student will be able to work independently in managing a project portfolio.
