Course Details

Objectives: The Mechatronics and Energy course aims to train high-level engineers and researchers in the fields of mechatronics and energy (ME) with a broad spectrum of specialized knowledge in engineering sciences.

Factory 4.0 training, embedded systems, energy, Artificial Intelligence applied to engineering, is also given: skills in high demand in the industry.

Intended for: Students

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements: Recruitment in M2: right for students who have validated their M1 "Mechatronics and Energy" of the University of Strasbourg (with an interview for those who validated the M1 "Mechanics and Energy" of Unistra after repetition) With possibly an interview, for students coming from an M1 equivalent or an M2 or a diploma of a specialty engineer who is close and who want to complete their training.

Acquired skills during the training :
Master and improve the interfacing between EEA (Electronic, Electrotechnical and Automatic), mechanical and instrumentation components;
Be able to (re)design and optimize instrumented mechatronic systems;
Know how to model and simulate the dynamic behavior of a complex mechatronic system; master energy management problems;
Know how to master fundamental digital tools with a view to “Intelligent Factory 4.0 / Smart Factory”.
