Course Details

Objectives: As with the other curricula of the school, mathematics plays a fundamental role in the formation, and is an integral part of the deep scientific culture that makes the reputation of the engineers trained in the school. Mathematics and Computer Science enable the student engineer to acquire the following skills and abilities, characteristic of a general information processing engineer:

Know how to understand, specify and take into account the needs of users
Model problems, design solutions and know how to evaluate them
Mastering the methods and techniques of software development
Mastering the steps and tools for building and maintaining robust and scalable software systems
Know how to design solutions taking into account specific qualitative requirements (safety, safety of operation, quality of service...).
