Master Recherche International Micro et Nanotechnologies

Course Details

Objectives: The NSE Master involves, through co-accreditation, three Lyon establishments: UCBL 1, ECL and INSA Lyon. It is a training course with an international vocation (50% foreign students, teaching in English) certified by the University of Lyon.

The purpose of the Master's degree is to enable graduates to continue their scientific training with a doctorate or to train executive engineers capable of meeting the future challenges of industries using nanotechnologies. The training is organized to provide basic skills in the disciplines on which the potential fields of nanotechnology applications are based (semiconductor industry, pharmacology, biosciences, materials, telecommunications, etc.).

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements: To apply for M1: Bachelor degree in the field of science or engineering, for example Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Material Science
To apply for M2: Master degree in the field of science or engineering

Duration and terms: 2 years or 1 year
