Course Details

Objectives: Coordination of the various stages of the logistics process, design and optimization of the supply chain, management of continuous improvement

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : • Scientific knowledge: mathematics, statistics, optimization, operational research, materials, manufacturing processes, systems engineering, etc.

• Techniques and methods: production management; implementation, inventory management, scheduling, quality, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, transport, operation of an ERP or a production management software package; basics of programming, project management…

• Transversal skills and soft skills: labor legislation, business organization; economics, basic business management tools, management control, communication. Foreign languages, especially English.
