Course Details

Objectives: The Master Mechanics, Materials and Microsystems builds on the recognized expertise of departments Applied Mechanics and Micro and Nanosciences and FEMTO-ST Institute Systems in the fields on the mechanical properties of materials, structural dynamics and vibro-acoustic the layout of materials and manufacturing processes and micro-manufacturing, developing innovative and complex multiphysics microsystems.
Skills: Modeling of phenomena and complex systems, solve concrete problems and propose innovative solutions, Conduct an analysis combining such diverse criteria as functional, economic and environmental. Innovate both in product design, that production methods and manufacturing processes, take into account environmental constraints as well in energy management optimization of processes, structures and materials.

Degree Level (EU) : 7 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Admission requirements: The Master is open to foreign students who hold a Bachelor in relevant specialties.

Duration and terms: The Master includes two years (M1 and M2). Each semester corresponds to 30 ECTS credits. The first three semesters correspond to the type of training: lectures, tutorials, practical work and supervised projects. The 4th semester is a type of master thesis research or industrial
