Course Details

Objectives: This LP GPI-I2AP prepares senior technicians for the new professions of Industrial Computing and Automation in the FUTURE INDUSTRY and connected intelligent systems (Smart-City, Smart-Grid, etc.).
To educate in a year major technicians specialists in industrial computing dedicated to production systems.
To master methods and tools used by industrial computing for production systems.
To understand this systems organization.

Intended for: Students (initial training), apprentices (block-release training) or salaries or job-seekers (vocational education)

Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)

Prerequisites: Computing knowledge level BTS, DUT
Automatism knowledge level BTS , DUT

Admission requirements: BTS:
- SN IR option
- Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing (GEII),
- Mechanical and Productive Engineering (GMP),
- Networks and Telecom (RT),
- Industrial Engineering and Maintenance (GIM)
L2: Math / Physics.

Targeted careers : Management of automated systems: Organization, integration, upgrade, IT development, maintenance, project monitoring. Supervision: networks, databases ...
Production management.

Duration and terms: One year training:
If block-release training: 16 weeks educational training rounded off by 36 weeks firm working (which means : 3 to 4 weeks education, 5 to 6 weeks in a firm).

If initial training: 16 weeks educational training then 15 weeks internship,

If vocational training: 450 training hours, coached and practical works,
110 hours for projects.
