Course Details

Objectives: - Apply a data analysis process
- Interpolate point data in raster (IDW, natural neighbour)
- Create derived spatial data (shading, slope, exposure, isolines)
- Making space algebra
- Automate the spatial analysis process using geo-processing models
- Acquire advanced practice of GIS software (ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5)

Raster Reclassification and Map Algebra

> Automation of analysis processes
ModelBuilder
Analysis of results from interpolation methods

Prerequisites: basic GIS knowledge and a minimum of experience in ArcGIS for Desktop

Acquired skills during the training : Theoretical contributions
Basic concepts:
Vector and mesh data
The interpolation of point data
The ArcGIS modelbuilder for Desktop 10.5

Duration and terms: 1 day, i.e. 8 hours of training (8:30 a.m.-12 p.m. / 1:30 p.m.-6 p.m.)
