Objectives: The training "industrial project manager - Greenbelt Level -" is a modularized training of 8 days in face with for objectives:

To be able to steer Continuous Improvement projects for an industrial organization, in order to improve its performance and customer satisfaction.

To lead a working group and master the tools of Lean-6Sigma, a repository allowing the elimination of tasks without added value and making processes more reliable.

Adopt a project approach (DMAIC) shared by everyone in the company and shared around the world.

To invest the entire supply chain from production, distribution, storage, quality, maintenance, R&D, methods and supply.
