Course Details

Objectives: Open at the start of the 2021 school year at the request of manufacturers, the Bachelor of Science and Engineering – Transport Industry (Bachelor's degree) is part of the fourth industrial revolution. Automation and supervision are taking a prominent place in industry today. Innovation and new technologies such as robotics, augmented reality and 3D printing are appearing in production chains. The objective of the Bachelor is the development of knowledge, skills and know-how through the implementation of balanced training between multidisciplinary academic teaching and professional situations (design offices, projects and internships in companies). ) on the one hand, as well as preparation for the economic and societal challenges that future assistant engineers will have to face during their careers.

Degree Level (EU) : (niveau 6) - (EQC level or equivalent)

Acquired skills during the training : The Bachelor course is based on very high-level theoretical training, with great emphasis on the application of theoretical knowledge through practical lessons, projects and immersion in the professional environment.

Targeted careers : The Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Transport Industry aims to train assistant engineers who are immediately operational in companies and capable of assuming responsibilities in intermediate management positions. The experts trained by ELISA Aerospace will be able to easily integrate into the world of work thanks to 1/3 of the course completed in a company with a final year on a work-study basis.

- Management & management: animation and piloting of projects to improve industrial performance,
- Methods & maintenance: automation and robotization, standardization of tools and manufacturing ranges, improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance,
- Production management: animation of continuous improvement projects and implementation of production performance indicators, lean manufacturing, lean management, SMED, KANBAN, 5S, FMEA, etc.
- Quality: improvement of the quality management system (QMS), product/process quality,
- Supply chain and logistics: implementation, optimization of an ERP, flow optimization, procurement, inventory management, packaging, shipping,
- Design office: design – 3D CAD

It also opens up the possibility of continuing academic studies according to the criteria of schools and universities: for example schools of the ISAE Group or the engineering cycle of ELISA Aerospace.

Duration and terms: The Bachelor offered within ELISA Aerospace is composed of 6 semesters of training and punctuated by 3 periods of internship in a company:
• 1 internship of 6 weeks in the first year,
• 1 internship of 8 weeks in the second year,
• The 3rd year is in alternation.
