Course Details

Objectives: LP ROB Robotics (Toulouse site): Professional Bachelor's degree integrated into the BUT GEII from the start of the 2023 academic year

The training targets trades related to the integration of robots into automated production lines.
The roboticist intervenes from the beginning to the end of the life of a robotic cell. In the pre-project phase, he will be responsible for carrying out the first simulations in order to validate the choice of robots and the location of the cell. During development, he will program the robot, the industrial programmable logic controller, the supervision screen, the vision system and will ensure communication between these different equipment. He will have to be able to intervene on all the elements of the robotic cell.

Electronics or mechatronics employees in companies developing robotics applications

Prerequisites: Knowledge in EEA (automation, programming, Electronics ...), Mechanics (Design, Assembly, CAD ...), Maintenance

Acquired skills during the training : Robotics integration, programming for robotics, Automation, Safety in robotics, design and integration of peri-robotics elements.

Targeted careers : Any sector with automated production (for example: Automotive - Metallurgy - Electronics - Plastic - Pharmaceuticals - Aeronautics - Food industry) as well as manufacturers and integrators of robots.

Duration and terms: Work-study training, 15 weeks of training and 37 weeks in a company
