Course Details

Objectives: This training is divided into three stages:
- a presentation of the fundamental principles and an overview of the applications in different fields
- a practical phase of data acquisition by drone
- a data processing phase

Prerequisites: A basic practice of GIS tools is best to get the most out of this training.

Acquired skills during the training : At the end of the training, you will know
- Master the fundamental principles to start an operational use or to make a choice of equipment before an acquisition
- Use drone applications for the observation and mapping of the territory, in 2D and 3D
- Understand the different flight techniques and the different types of data processing
- Evaluate the possibilities and constraints, the advantages and limitations of the use of drones for the acquisition of high-precision information on the territory
