Course Details

Objectives: The bachelor's degree prepares students for careers as maintenance supervisors or maintenance managers. These professionals will be the preferred employees of companies engaged in modernizing their manufacturing processes.

Companies must rely on maintenance personnel with advanced technical skills who are capable of implementing increasingly complex and constantly evolving digital and management tools (automated systems, robots, maintenance management software, etc.).

Beyond these technical skills, maintenance supervisors must also adopt new managerial positions that promote group project management and employee empowerment.
