Objectives: Each year, IPSA offers a three-week summer school program.
The summer school is taught in English and includes French language courses.
Students earn 6 ECTS credits upon completion of this program.
This three-week program aims to impart the key concepts of the flight equations system and to teach students how to model and control drones using a robotic arm.
This program will enable students to: design a robot using one of the most widely used robotic environments: Robotic Operating Systems (ROS), and then build, stabilize, and fly a real bicopter.
In addition, the program includes:
– Visits to companies and observatories
– Cultural activities
– French language courses and an intercultural workshop
Prerequisites: Basics of python and C/C++
Intermediate programming skills
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
Recommended to have 2 years of higher education in robotics
