Course Details
Objectives: This course trains people with the profile of Lean Manufacturing technician or production assistant capable of assisting the methods engineer in the implementation of production management methods in order to optimize resources and flows within a workshop (5S, OEE, Lean, Kaizen, SMED, …) and define the work ranges and instructions of the different processes and stations within the latter.
The holder of the Professional Bachelor's degree in CAPPI IPP (Design and Improvement of Industrial Processes and Procedures), specializing in Product/Process Innovation, is a product design technician within the general field of mechanical engineering, capable of considering all surrounding parameters (standards, quality, costs, and deadlines), particularly in the area of ??additive manufacturing.
Their work allows them to innovate while taking into account the product lifecycle phases (studies, design, manufacturing, maintenance, deconstruction, recycling, etc.), environmental impact, and design.
Degree Level (EU) : 6 - (EQC level or equivalent)
Prerequisites: Have a diploma of minimum bac+2 level (BTS CPRP, CPI, CIM, CRSA, ATI, MS, CRCI or BUT 2nd year, GIM, GMP or L2 in science and technology)
