Objectives: Le cours prépare les étudiants à identifier, comprendre et résoudre les problèmes liés aux activités agricoles et forestières à la lumière de leur coexistence avec les économies des contextes ruraux, avec un accent particulier sur les zones intérieures et de montagne. La formation a donc un caractère pluridisciplinaire et interdisciplinaire. Les matières du programme d'études, en plus de fournir une base solide d'enseignement physique-mathématique et chimique-biologique, fournissent les connaissances et l'expertise techniques, scientifiques et économiques nécessaires pour faire face à la complexité des systèmes de production tels que les systèmes agricoles.
